对冲基金Elliott、Jane Street因“妖镍风波”诉伦敦金属交易所（LME）案被裁定败诉。
11月29日，香港交易所发布公告称，其全资附属公司LME 和LME Clear Limited在Elliott Associates, L.P. 和Elliott International, L.P.（统称“Elliott”）及Jane Street Global Trading, LLC（“Jane Street”）分别提出的申索中成为被告人。
这些申索提交到英国高等法院，并于2022年6月2日（Elliott提出的申索）及2022年6月6日（Jane Street提出的申索）送达LME和LME Clear。
